HomeSafe hosted its most successful golf tournament yet on May 20 at the exclusive High Ridge Country Club. The tournament net $100,000 to help save the lives of thousands of children and families who have endured unimaginable trauma, and will help prevent future cases of abuse.
Thank you to all of our sponsors, including this year’s Presenting Sponsor, Rochelle LeCavalier at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. We are also eternally grateful to our tournament ambassadors, Jim MacCutcheon & Fern Schmidt, Patty Larkin, Brooke Qualk, Logan Shalmi of The Atlantic Group of Oppenheimer & Co., and Phil Engman of Northern Trust, for their hard work and dedication.
We are also excited to share that an additional $57,000 was raised to help fund the reconstruction of our Bernstein Family Foundation residential campus. The Boca campus will soon be a safe, healing home to children in the foster care system who have experienced life-altering abuse, and need therapeutic support and a lot of love to recover. We are very grateful to the Waldman family who matched all dollars raised during the lunch program’s impromptu Call to the Heart.
Be sure to join us next year on Monday, May 12 at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club.
